Q: What do the magnets look like?
A: They are high-quality gloss prints with a thick, flexible, magnetic backing.

Q: How can I add a personal message to my photos?
A: We have a selection of delightful templates that you can add to your photo. Just click on the customise link next to your photo once you've uploaded it. In the customisation dialog that appears, you can choose from the available templates on the Templates tab.

Q: What size magnets are available?
A: We produce both Standard and Large magnets. The exact size of the magnet depends on the aspect ratio of the uploaded photo.

Photos with a 4:3 aspect ratio (common for compact cameras) are made into 9x6.7cm standard magnets, or 12x9cm large magnets. Photos with a 3:2 aspect ratio (common for DSLR cameras) are made into 9x6cm standard magnets, or 13.5x9cm large magnets.

For other aspect ratios, you will be prompted to crop the photo to fit one of these shapes.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We currently deliver within Australia.

Q: In what currency are prices displayed?
A: All prices are displayed in Australian dollars ($A).

Q: What payment methods are available?
A: We currently accept Direct Deposit, PayPal, and various credit cards (via PayPal).

Q: How is postage calculated?
A: Postage is charged at a flat rate of $2.00 per order.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We will dispatch your order within 1 business day of receipt of payment. From this point, standard Australia Post delivery times apply.
